Title: Internal Velocity Project Description: Design a completely original CD cover for an imaginary musical group. Pick the genre of the music CD. The overall design had to let people guess what kind of music it was. I went with electronic / techno music.
Issues: Creating imagery that conveys the type of music. Dealing with all the different recommendations for the physical CD cover proportions.
Solutions: Sketched out some ideas on paper. Went with one based off of internal energy and chakras. Thought about and listened to electronic music.
Software/Skills: Adobe Photoshop. Artistic ability to break components of design for music apart. Original design.
